I can’t even download the app!

Very bad app

Keeps logging off then have to redo the setting up again and again.

Face ID doesn’t work

The Face ID facility does not work so I have to set it up every time I log in. I’ve deleted it.

Have you actually tried to recover your password- I’m guessing you haven’t as you find that neither the phone or email option work!

Wasting my time

Does anybody actually monitor this APP to make sure it works?
Why do I need to go through the setup process every time I want to log in? - that is of course when it doesn’t crash during the process.

Authentication is broken

Every day I’m forced to login and setup Face ID and a passcode. Every single day. Sometimes I have to go through the login+faceID process twice a day.
App clearly needs more rigorous testing before release

Annoyed

Face ID never works. Have to submit all info every time you login. App feedback takes you to the North home page with nothing about the app

No iPad Support

I have been using this app for some time and are still waiting for it to be available on iPad and not just a stretched iPhone app.

IOS 17

Just updated to IOS 17 and North crashes.

All fixed thanks
App gives me as much information as I require.
