Same, Ok Until update to IOS17,.. then nothing!

Since the new iPhone update the North app won’t open.
Not opening
It does not open with the latest Apple update. Before this, it was working fine although the information provided is very basic.

I “upgraded” to IOS 17 on iPhone 12 today and the North app will not open. Up until I changed to IOS 17 it was working fine.

Poor quality
The app is forever “undergoing maintenance.” The actual platform holds extremely basic information. You cannot see what your money is invested in and the units. There are plenty of micro investing platforms out there that provide in-depth information about your shares. For a product that was recommended to me by a professional- the app and services in general leave a lot to be desired.

Buggy upon login - not recognise face ID and frozen at passcode window
The app consistently doesn’t progress when at login stage of opening app, very poor facial recognition and becomes frozen, leading to having to restart the app 2-3 times just for loggin in. Please fix this bug ASAP!
Not enough information
Except for absolute basics, quite useless. To get more specific details in my account 3like number of units, unit price, pending unit purchase, etc. In other words the info I need I can only get by going on to website, jumping thru 2-factor authentication annoyance & selecting specific account :-(
