App not working
App crashes as soon as I attempt to log in.
Can’t pair glasses as it does the same thing.
It’s a bit weird as it used to work perfectly, no sadly doesn’t seem to work at all.
Really hope it gets fixed soon

La app de los lentes no funciona
De la aplicación no funciona. No puedes ingresar a tu account dentro de la aplicación, y si no tienes ese acceso, pues no puedes manejar tus lentes.

False selling / advertising
Doesn’t pair new device, app keeps crashing on iPhone 14.
Sold the shower pro on the basis that it has an app and you can see water consumption. Then was told the app wasn’t ready and would be in a few days.
Kept being fobbed off that it wasn’t ready, even though their website was showing it was working to try and sell the product.
Nearly 2 years later and guess what? Still no app. How can they falsely advertise something when it doesn’t exist.

App and Bluetooth will not pair with glasses
My glasses worked great for a while, now all of a sudden I can’t pair them with my Bluetooth or the app. It’s incredibly frustrating. These glasses were expensive as heck and now I can’t use them because the tint won’t work without the app.
I can not connect to the app
Every time I go to add a device to the app the app just dies even when I go to sign in on the app it closes what gives if I could actually connect to the app I’ll change my review please fix this
When it worked still not good
App is hot trash 🗑️. Lost connection to the glasses and can’t add them back. App just crashes immediately. Speakers are 🗑️
App will not allow me to create an account.
For some weird reason when I attempt to sign up it says “Creating customer limit exceeded. Please try again later.”

Does not to work on latest iPhone
App crashes ever time I attempt to pair my glasses. Fine on last phone but not the iPhone 14 been like this for. Long time now needs fixing!
