Another one of MHY’s trash

I can perfectly say, if this game wasn’t made by MHY, once it dies no one will even know, people need to stop being dogs for mhy, is a company ain’t your master.

Another Common Fumble of Design?

Now, I like the more expressive and exaggerated animation path they want to go for with Zenless Zone Zero, it’s pretty much the best thing of the game that sells it to people, if a bit too much, and the story/world is just alright, relatively adaptive depending on story progression and whatnot. But what makes this game seem so much more intrinsically flawed than the company’s reluctance to implement features/more engaging graphics for Genshin or contradictory story-building for Honkai: Star Rail, is the fact that exploration is a drag to play through, and that’s not something you want in your free-roam gacha RPG.

Exploration in the main quests (and most other side quests other than more-or-less unique puzzle quests that play with the features), just play through TVs and enter combat if prompted, but switch from the pretty switching animations and combat environment to the bore that is switching from an overhead set of TV screens is just way too stretched out to engage (or interest) me into playing the game, as opposed to Genshin and Honkai: Star Rail’s more-fleshed out story and natural exploration.

Even when taking out the comparisons to the other flawed games that Hoyoverse has taken on, ZZZ feels like a half-baked capitalization on an already running hype-train from HSR/GI, for all that the company that wants to treat Genshin terribly, I’d rather be in frequent returns to that game than ZZZ.

Timed Event Characters

I love this game I’ve played it for longer than I probably should have in the last day I’ve had it downloaded. There are a few things that I don’t like all that much though, one of those things being timed event characters. Now I love this game and I will continue to play and enjoy it but one of the reasons I got the game was because of Ellen Joe, every single ad that I got, that was straight into some story stuff surrounding a character, featured Ellen in some way. Now that I have the game I was wondering how to unlock her character, so I went online only to find out that it wasn’t going to be available for a long time. And other than characters that are in timed events, the only other thing that I don’t really like about the game is the size of it, 25 gigabytes is a lot for a mobile device user. However I will recommend this game to my friends and I will play this game on the regular.

Racist Company and glitchy game

Game constantly crashes and
the amount of whitewashing across all hoyoverse games is so frustrating and if they want to cater to a GLOBAL audience then they need to create more diverse casts of characters. Also get rid of that racist poster on the CD store.

Amazing game!~

I’ve played Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Wuthering Waves. Zenless Zone Zero has to be my second favorite. People rate this game 1* mainly because they’re mad or something. ZZZ is a very good game overall. When I saw 3.7* as the overall review I was amazed. Like, why? Storage would be the main reason but just play on a different device! The character designs are so pretty! My game runs smoothly so that’s another reason why I love it. I love that there are combos to attacking. Even though Bella nor Wise can fight, that’s not really a problem. Different characters mean different move sets. A lot of people just play for the free pulls. I did too but realized this game was so much more! I don’t pay attention to that stuff at all! To me, it’s an absolutely great game. But you can’t change another person’s point of view. “No matter how hard you try to understand other people’s hearts, people aren’t able to change others. Every time, you have to change yourself.” (If you know the reference you know) If you’re mad about the amount of pulls you don’t get, character designs, gameplay, or any other thing, stay mad. ZZZ is a great game, just like the others. When I first saw the trailer, I was like, “There’s gonna be a new Hoyo game?! Eh… Should I get it?” The only reason why I started to play, because of that one Billy add. Anyways, peace!

Leaps and bounds better than the garbage mobile games that beg for 5 star reviews

ZZZ doesn’t deserve to get such low reviews. When you compare it to the massive number of garbage mobile games that have higher reviews because they constantly beg people to give them 5 stars for rewards, it’s just unfair as this game offers such amazing story and gameplay and shouldn’t even be compared to the other games on the platform.

Lack of diversity

Most of the women look like children and having a lack of skin tones other than white makes this game gross to me.

As Of (1.0) Fun Game To Play Casually

I personally really enjoy the games simplicity. There are some gameplay moments that are really dragged out but overall I enjoy the simple gameplay. This is one of those games for me that is something easy to pickup and play especially when you don’t have a lot of time in the day to invest into a game. I understand there are some who don’t like this game for the TV segments but I really don’t mind it. It’s unique and does a great job at playing a role in the story telling instead of it just being a simple puzzle segment. This will be one of my games to play when I just wanna relax and actually enjoy a game instead of try harding. The animated cutscenes and voice acting really stand out and is amazing. I love the expressiveness in the voices, animation, and the style of the game. The game also gives me some nostalgia of how Honkai Impact 3rd was when it first released. When it first released it was a very simple button mash fighter similar to how this game is now as of (1.0). Maybe it’ll become more complex just like how Honkai Impact 3rd’s gameplay ended up becoming with newer Valkyries and mechanics. Excited to see where this game goes!

Good game-Horrible reviews

So people are complaining about the animation style. It’s..been like that? You KNEW it would be like that? Why’re you complaining???? Then they’re complaining about the gameplay as if it’s not similar to HI3rd. Also the “blackface” people complain about..is a penguin. Not blackface it’s a literal penguin that people claim is blackface bc apparently if you have a penguin and the company is known for racism it’s automatically racist. Also stop review bombing the game just bc you’re being a baby over another game. They are most definitely run by a different team. Genshin and ZZZ r run by different people so it’s just stupid to complain. How about you complain on the official page of Genshin? Why risk a new game’s success because of another game? Just complain about the game with racism. Until there’s actually shown racism in ZZZ, which there hasn’t been yet, don’t review bomb about racism. The gameplay is unique and I love the story/character designs minus all the fanservice.

My honest opinion

So, I didn’t look at the reviews much because I like to make my own opinions on a games and I am so glad I did. Personally I love this game. The characters interactions are wholesome and funny, the animation style is so unique and refreshing and there are some aspects of the game that surprised me for example the arcade, daily scratch carb or ‘inter-knot’. I know that the fighting style might not be for everyone (I though it wouldn’t be my thing) but I gave it a try and I’m so glad I did. The fighting style has really grown on me and (personally) I prefer this game compared to the other games Hoyo has made.
