Great App, even better trainer!
I love how the app is an “all-in-one!” You can log your food, (with my plan it was pre populated), upload progress, has exercises listed with 90% videos showing you how to do them, and you can also contact Judy who response in a timely manner. I love how it came with 1 weekly call, and was followed by a personalized video feedback, so you just dont feel like “another” client. Im thankful for Judy!! I would definitely recommend!Coach Judy + this App = winning combo
I’ve used meal tracking apps before, but this one is much more comprehensive. I completed 4 months of training with Coach Judy to help me get my nutrition dialed in and lose excess fat I gained from frequent work travel. This app made our virtual training so much easier because it’s truly a one stop shop. She uploaded my meal plans, weekly workout schedule, weekly check ins, and I was able to schedule 1:1 video calls with her on it as well. I’m happy to say that I’ve lost the extra pounds, gained muscle, and eating way more protein which has been a game changer! I highly recommend at the minimum using this app to help you meet your goals but will definitely meet them if you pair it with Judy’s personal coaching. She’s the best!Get results!
