My purchase of Launchback school fundraiser is unusable due to broken sign up process.
No way yo get my problem resolved.
Would have been better to make a donation to the school rather than deal with frustration from Launchback.

Hard to use
This might be the app I have most struggled to use. Signing in was a mess, can’t use Apple recommended password because that’s too long, and doesn’t copy the multi factor authentication correctly. Then, if you’re actually able to use the app, it takes forever to search and sort discounts. It doesn’t work most of the time. Then, if you can actually find the discount you’re looking for, there’s nothing that tells the vendor what to do besides “this coupon exists!” This app is messy and the idea is poor, especially since many places do not honor the coupon without a QR code or discount code.Ginga Ninja 333
Slow and confusing
The app is so slow on my phone to load anything! It’s so frustrating they moved the cards to an app if the app is this inefficient. Honestly, needs a major upgrade or I won’t be purchasing in the future.k8.cl

I have really enjoyed using this app so far, very user-friendly and easy to redeem. There are surprisingly a lot of great savings at some of my favorite places locally. Can't recommend enough!CantK24
Disappointing
I’ve had a few issues redeeming coupons with Launch. First, the app does not make redemption available with a QR code. Second, even showing or printing the coupon doesn’t reveal a redemption number to the vendor. Fortunately my first vendor was kind enough to honor the discount.chrmln

My small business has been put on this app without our knowledge nor consent and has been tricking our customers to believe that they can use these coupons that are unauthorized by us. We have a coupon system in place already.aahernan
