Do not use
Customer service is terrible. No phone number to call, going back and forth for days with customer services via email. My order has been ‘processing’ for over a week now.
Wrong item received
I received the wrong size and no one to contact. I sent messages via contact us twice, no answers whatsoever. And already paid over £30 duties and taxes that will be deducted from the total refund. Completely Poor service

Item ordered 26th sep … got an email on 27th sep stating it’s been shipped …
DHL tracking shows just label created … means it’s not been shipped at all … it’s been 10 days now

Almost two weeks and still haven’t received any update on my order
It’s been almost two weeks since I place my order and still showing processing,i’am disappointed,want to give it a few more days before I write another review on social media

Don’t trust them
I haven’t received my product and it’s been six weeks. They keep telling me they’ve escalated my inquiry and will response once they receive an update.
SCAM!
Don’t buy from this e-commerce, it’s an absolute scam!
I made a purchase a couple of months ago and it took them two weeks to send my package that was supposed to be fast shipping… I emailed them many times to ask why it took so long, if there was a problem, if we could speed up the process, ecc. and I got replies after days and it was a computer automated response.
After the parcel was sent and “delivered” by a third party witch I wasn’t informed of who that was, I never received a package.
After I contacted the costumer service again and asked to speak to a manager the answer that I was give was “We can’t help you and from now on we’ll stop responding to you. Case closed”.
Keep in mind that this was a process that took over a month…
So I basically lost my money, never received my purchase, had to deal with incompetent and rude people who only care about scamming people.
I heard a lot of bad rumors and I’m disappointed to say that they are all true…
I hope you won’t do the same mistake that I did and that you’ll purchase from real websites like Ssense, farfetch, Luisaviaroma, Mytheresa, ecc. Who offer great costumer service, who value their clients, ecc.

A VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY
Ordered 2 items from CETTIRE over a week ago now and still it hasn’t been sent out, after contacting them I was told that it takes 7 days to dispatch when clearly it states on their website items should REACH customer in 7 days. And-guess what it’s over a week now and still no update on the order nor has it been sent out. One 1 item on the order I was informed after a week that it was out of stock and on the other item still no update. The standards of this company is very very poor, you will be lucky if you get ONE reply to the emails a day. Their prices are very good and I was fooled by it placing the order now I regret it. Be very careful of this company read the reviews and you will see I’m not the only one who has encountered problems with them I just wish I read them before placing the order.
I will be making a claim for my money back from this dodgy company.
