  • Scam DO NOT USE

This company is a scam. Both my husband and I used the bikes for less than an hour. Parked them correctly on a station near the science museum and they emailed me the next day saying I didn’t. However once I called and explained the call centre lady was able to find the bike PARKED AND LOCKED. Valenbisi is still charging me £100 euros for a bike I paid for and returned in less than an hour. If you look up reviews you can find others who were scammed but the company and charged people wrongfully. If you need a bike in Valencia I suggest you hire literally any other service. Valenbisi is a scam! Also, their bikes are horrible to ride and the app is not user friendly.

  • Doesn't seem to work without NIF for one day rental

As far as I can see, the app and website will let you rent for a week without a NIF (Spanish federal id number) but not for a day. Listed nowhere in FAQs or on order flow pages but inferred from order flow pages. Very poor app design for on-boarding customers. Do better.
  • Would not accept any of my cards, wasted 30min

Would not explain either what is the point of all the different subscription services vs just pay and go
  • Scam !!!

This company does everything to make your life hell. AVOID at all costs, WALK.
  • Taking your money

So hard to cancel subscription. I choose subscription only for short temat 1 week- bit every week they trying t charge me - So they gonna charge you forever !!!!!! I emailem them few times and no respond since.
  • Good value, easy to use

Was in Valencia for a week and this is such an amazing way to see the city. Easily sort the subscription directly from the app (no need for ID number - just press done and continue - it lets you). Beautiful central parks and lots of dedicated cycle lanes and traffic lights so it feels safe.

My criticism - would be good to have a cheaper 1 or 3 day pass for shorter trips. Also, it’s very easy to see how many bikes are available at your stations, but once you’re on the go it doesn’t switch to showing you how many docks are available (is this because you can get more than one bike out on the same account? I didn’t try this).

  • Rubbish, do not waste your time

Not good app, waste of time
  • Reliable app and bikes

Create an account and subscribe. This is fairly straightforward, and once you are set up it’s plain sailing. Find bikes nearby, unlock with the app and away you go. I had 16 bikes in 4 days, just one or two had issues and it was easy to swap with another from the same stand. When the system failed to recognise that my partners bike
Had docked we were able to call a helpline from the app and were put through to an English speaker on request who quickly resolved the issue.

  • If you’re a tourist don’t even bother

This app is really difficult to use. It doesn’t make it clear that you need a special card from a tobacconist shop to make an account, nor does it tell you WHERE to find such a shop. When we finally found one it turned out the price to just hire a bike from a regular shop (like VLC) was similar and without the 30 minute time limit, so we just did that.

Valenbisi should be so simple. Download the app, use Apple Pay to release a bike and then go. Why do I have to jump through a million hoops?

  • Useless app and no support

The app doesn’t function half the time so you get stuck with no help. Overcharged because the app doesn’t work. And there’s nobody who can assist
