It won’t let me change how long the formarían is active it’s saying I need pro to change the length of the formation so if any even get it to match the beat of the music?? I suggest that you should be able to change the timing of the formations without pro because then the app if just useless

Hi Cubscout! Thank you for your feedback :D As a solo developer working on this app full-time, subscriptions are my only source of income. However even without Pro, the app still allows you to scrub between each formation to precisely visualise how your dancers transition. This is a feature that not many other apps offer.
As with many apps, some features are exclusively offered to Pro users to thank them for supporting the development of Choreographic. This way, I can keep the basic features available for everyone while maintaining a sustainable income for me to continue improving this app. Hope you understand! 🙏🏻I have just started coaching cheerleading again. This app is so helpful. I love being able to watch how the transitions work.
Suggestions:
Being able to turn mat/stage around. I would like to see how it would look from the front of the mat.
It could be operator error but I have trouble moving the dots around. I can’t seem to click it right consistently.

We’ll be releasing a 3D view of the stage soon so you’ll not only be able to view your formations from the front or back but from every other angle as well 😁 I’ll take a look at how I can improve the tappability of the dots and release in the next update :D Thanks again for the 5 star rating and the suggestions!

edit: You can now add sounds via your camera roll 😄 Opening a video from the Files app using Choreographic will also automatically convert it to a soundtrack as well! :D

Thank you for your feedback :D Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this issue 😔 Some of our users have experienced this before as well and it seems that certain online mp3 converters do not convert the files correctly. You could try using another mp3 converter if you’re using one. If not, please reach out to us and we’ll troubleshoot this for you right away :D
We support uploading of any audio file format and we’re also working on enabling users to upload directly from the camera roll like you mentioned! 😊

Hi Dgundling! Thank you for your feedback. We are working towards a web version of the app which will be available across all OSes in the future. However we are currently all hands on deck in preparation for the release of our Android version. Our team is currently very small so development takes time especially if we want our users to have the best experience. We hope that you'll understand our situation and enjoy using Choreographic on your iPhone or iPad in the meantime! ❤️Since I am using it to choreograph for aerialists, I have to pretend the backstage is the floor and the audience is the top of the apparatus. I can still place them in lines in front of back of each other to move them around on the floor. Being able to add notes is awesome.
One suggestion I would like is to be able to add a video clip on the stage area so you could see what the movement is supposed to be instead of only reading it below while the “dancers” move—kind of like picture-in-picture on a tv when you have two shows going.

edit: You can now upload videos directly from your camera roll and it will be converted into a soundtrack for your choreography! 😊 In the latest version, you can trim and choose which portion of the soundtrack you wish to use as well ❤️

If it’s possible we’ll implement it as soon as possible 😁Tried out this app to see if it could help me with my recital choreography and it just wasn’t what I was looking for. I signed up for the free trial for the Pro version but now I want to cancel it and can’t figure out how! I’m going to be charged in a few days but this app has absolutely no way to create an account or allow users to cancel subscriptions without having to dig all over the place to figure out how this works. Now what? I’m stuck paying monthly? That needs to be fixed! Would like to unsubscribe please.

Hi Artisticsadness, thank you for your feedback, you may cancel the subscription in the menu under Manage Subscriptions -> Unsubscribe. The unsubscribe button should be visible for all Pro users. If you do not see it, please send me a screenshot via choreographic.app@gmail.com so that I can help you troubleshoot this! I love the app and it’s helpful…however, it constantly changes my dancers back to a different color and their name to a random number. What’s the point of the feature of colors and names of it won’t stick. They need to fix this bug.

We’ll give you a free subscription to the app as thanks for your help as well :Dthey should make a feature that allows collaborators so other users can make formations on the same project and so the original creator can access the project on other devices. easy to use tho and the features it does have is extremely helpful
