There are several workflow issues and you are unable to even download leads!!
Useless as lead scanner
It takes too many clicks to get to the scanner. First I get a notification I have to clear, then I get a message that I don’t have a photo, then I have to close and advert!!! I paid for a lead scanner and don’t appreciate adverts.
Where is La Serre??????!
What is up with a network x event at la serre with no location. It doesn’t exist on google maps! Do better please organizers!

The show was very well organized. I would make a suggestion that the name badge font sizes should be larger than they are today especially the company names so you can see them from a greater distance.

Presents two upsell dialogs every single time I log in, allows repeated spam messages from users I’ve blocked, and I have no idea why the app enables them to do a spam mass mailing in the first place. Completely ridiculous that the app for a technical conference has such lousy standards for security and dark patterns. What an embarrassment.

Awful to use
An app that loads an ad every time you use it, doesn’t function, and doesn’t even include a map of the speaking venue? Unreal
Very poor
The only thing a vendor really wants is to be able to download the scanned contacts in xls format, easily, one click. I have been trying for 20 minutes and I can’t find a way to do this.
