Poor app
The worst issue is the app constantly shows full data allowance, it never changes or drops, it never shows us how much roll over we have left. Yes we get emails to say 20% left etc but it’s 2024 we should be able to see our data usage.
Emailed the company with this issue and they took weeks to reply and then simply said that the issue was being fixed. That was several months ago and feeling fobbed off. Won’t be renewing when the prepaid year comes to and end.
