Poor app
The sim works well from what we can tell. We do have to force the router to change networks quite often so it claim that it does this automatically or seamlessly is a little inaccurate.
The worst issue is the app constantly shows full data allowance, it never changes or drops, it never shows us how much roll over we have left. Yes we get emails to say 20% left etc but it’s 2024 we should be able to see our data usage.
Emailed the company with this issue and they took weeks to reply and then simply said that the issue was being fixed. That was several months ago and feeling fobbed off. Won’t be renewing when the prepaid year comes to and end.Show lessthe did work but!
The app did work quite well, but during our last trip in the camper and checking our usage we have found that the app doesn’t show the correct amount of data left - in fact the usage didn’t change from the start to the finish of the trip, we did however get an email from broadband go saying we were running low on available data. I have sent an email to broadband go about this but haven’t had any response yet!Show lessExcellent
Have been using for a while now in the UK and Ireland with our camper. We don’t like to spend too much time on devices while away but this is perfect for keeping in touch with friends and the odd work email that can’t wait. Great value and no messing about with top ups. Always has a signal as well no matter how remote we areShow less
