  • Good, except for one thing.

Personally, I like the simplicity of the gameplay. Although most of it is done for you, it is still engaging to try different team comps and using their skills to your will if you’re not auto battling.
The characters are also very well designed, animations are pretty smooth, and the voice acting is decent to say the least.

Now, the one thing I don’t like too much is the story. I was intrigued with the premise at the beginning, but then it just kinda goes downhill from there. The story isn’t anything to write home about, not really engaging. I found myself skipping most of the cutscenes after a few lines of dialogue.
This isn’t the first game I’ve played games where the everything but the story is good. I’ve played some such as Alice Fiction, ML Adventure, and others, and I still do despite the stories not being at all intriguing. But other than that, I think this game is pretty solid and I would recommend it if you don’t care too much about story or if you just want something with some decent gameplay.

  • Money grab

    1. Global launch was like 4 days ago. They've already introduced a limited banner with event stages that require you to have progressed a lot in the main game. Only those that got in during soft launch or have not stopped playing during the las 4 days will be able to even try and participate in the event.
    2. Barely any summon currency. Up till now, there are no stable sources of summoning currency apart from buying or from dev mail which will end once global launch celebration is over .
    3. Rates and pity aren't that great. Takes a lot of currency to summon, and as I said, there is no stable income. It takes 120 pulls for a pity. For global launch, there hasnt been enough time to gather that amount unless youve spent money.
    4. Clearly feels like a money grab game launched between Nikke and Honkai.
They offer you an ssr character for 1$ a few missions after you begin. If 500k people actually downloaded and played the game, and spent that 1$ then theyve already made $500k easily. Everything else in the shop is way overpriced. To me, all this just seems to indicate that the 1$ ssr was part of the plan. Rake in some easy money with cheap offers.

Overall, Id suggest playing it, enjoy its combat and characters, which are the only good things about it, and try not to spend much money on it. Wait for whatever other gacha you’re interested in.

Dear Director, only players in the SL period can enter the vanguard server. You can play the game on Asia Pacific and North American servers. We will launch more interesting activities for you in the future. For the drop rate, you can refer to the drop rate in the game. You can also get more Dubriostals or Sigils through stages and missions. In addition, there is also Pity Redeem available for everyone. We wish you get what you want soon. Our team is also working hard to improve the director's gameplay experience. If you have better suggestions, please let us know. We would love to hear~
  • Giant disappointment

I waited months for this game to come expected a beautiful Gacha game with both a compelling story and characters so I was quite surprised when I open the game to see all kinds of “hot anime Waifu” bait and it’s disappointing all the characters are limited to their archetypes and aren’t actually interesting and another problem THEYRE ALL OBSESSED WITH THE MC?? Now we see the mc is faceless but they make sure to let you know he’s a man which makes me feel that this game isn’t just targeted towards men but anyone can see themselves in the game but is made only for Waifu loving anime weebs to enjoy which isn’t really all too fair for the women or people of other genders in the audience but back to the characters their personality are frankly boring and so are their designs, they all have the same base of a generic anime girl even the women that are clearly supposed to be stronger are still skinny and fragile, overall this game is a Disappointment

TLDR; Don’t play this game if you want cool unique characters.

  • Updated Review

I recently wrote a review on this game. I wrote it yesterday and submitted, saying thatvit was very good. And I still stand by that.

But, if you read my review, you would know I said my troupe Reputation was only Level 14.

Well, it’s been a day…and Im already level 43. This my only problem with this game.

It’s really easy to gain levels in this game, and that kinda makes it a little more boring. Of course, this is only my opinion on this topic, maybe other people like this fast leveling system.

My view of this game is still the same as last time. Very good. But now, my rating has went from 5 stars, to 4 stars. 8.5/10 in my opinion.

  • Trash

Tbh this game is pretty mid, personally I would wait until Honkai star rail to come out, and with a lot of anime rpg out here there’s a lot of higher quality and have the bar set where a gacha like game should be. This game feels like a cash grab cause I was bombarded with packs and other stuff to buy. What’s rlly dumb is that u can’t reroll, basically u are lock in on that acc.
Plus the gameplay is boring brings nothing new, story is meh and yea it just bad. All in all don’t try this game there’s other gacha games that’s better and f2p friendly, plus April is stick with better mobile games that’s coming out so this is a hard pass on this game.

  • Well not like what I expect

In ads. They showed good movie and characters so cute and charm but realistic just kind bad design characters in fight. Some AV from other game like honkai, i was excited hope it is good. Story kind oke but game play kind down. Also the system is heavy like if u own hero 2* (epic) to grown up 3* you need a lot work. Im believe some YouTuber just scam and told about this game is sooo goood and more.. they just want get good side from bilibili. After play half hrs i got bored. Too much work for play and stamina just like genshin but shorter, without stamina u wont able farm gold, exp book , not all when u reach chapter you will get artifacts for get more strong haha. Dear who had been play genshin dont try this game. Genshin got bored but at least not pay to win this game . Waste of time.

  • Decent So Far

Graphics and battle gameplay are pretty good for a game I’d never heard of before release. Definitely need more daily “energy”, and more customization to character kits, which I think may be something that unlocks after stage 3-16. So far I’m just going for free spins to see who else I can get. Story is skippable so far.

  • Great game

Beautiful game where Genshin meets dyslyte. I’m not a fan of these style games but the story comes with a skip and speed up option and the levels don’t require leaving the area and reloading. It’s unfortunate that one must pick the select few champs to level up but the pool is small right now and could easily get them all up quickly. Everything is straight forward, there’s plenty of opportunities to earn gacha pulls, most micro transactions are shoved in your face. I 4 starred because these games aren’t my cup of tea but if you enjoy turn based gacha this is a great pick up

  • It’s Good!

To be honest change the voice option, it makes it 100 times better. Also just pay attention it’ll help the story Make sense, people are being way to hard on this game.
  • No Wi-Fi no Luck

First let me say the game itself is amazing, wonderful graphics and gameplay. However, the game had a strong need for WiFi in order to be played and that kills the whole vibe with it being a mobile game. If the servers ever get fixed to where the game plays on Data as well as WiFi then it will be a great game until then it’s virtually unplayable unless you have consistent WiFi.
