Just counts fruit

Easy and effective

This app has made eating fiber rich foods fun! Everyday is an experiment to see how much fiber I can eat and from how many different sources. When it comes to health, fiber is key, and this app makes it so simple and easy to track this very important part of a healthy diet.

Needs work

This seems to be the best app for tracking daily servings of vegetables/fruits (if that is the only thing you want to track), but it has significant flaws. Not all vegetables/fruits are options (e.g., no garlic - yes, it’s a vegetable; no olives - they are fruit; has sweet potato but not white potato), and there is no “Other” category that lets you make your own entries. The serving sizes are flawed as well (e.g., a “handful of blueberries = 1 serving”; I can’t understand why they don’t have it listed as 1/2 cup = 1 serving). I never go by this app’s serving sizes.
