Who actually works for Forma?
Never has anyone responded to my support request, I think it's CHATGPT. 👎👎 Pay attention to who rates this highly.. HR professionals. If they love, it employees will hate it. 5 Stars? They don't have any tech support, they don't roll your HSA (waiting for 4 months now), they are ambiguous in approving claims (submit 2 claims for monitor reimbursement, 1 approved, 1 denied). Just a terrible product and company.harajyuks
Customer Support
Customer support is extremely hard to reach. I have tried email and live chat and no one has even responded in the past 3 days. I understand that there is “high volume” of customer tickets, but it’s hard to believe. Most other companies with custom tee support respond much faster. It shows how much they care about their customers.anshil1994

We rolled out Forma last year 2022. Part of our due diligence was looking for a digital experience for our employees. Forma’s mobile app was far superior from any other one we looked at. So user friendly, great UI, and easy to use. We can not say enough great things. I look for utilization as a metric and right now we have 92% of our workforce using their app and we have 15,500 employees.bm3440
