Easy to use
I used to not submit my reimbursements in a timely manner to my company. now with the app I can get it done quickly and easily.

We rolled out Forma last year 2022. Part of our due diligence was looking for a digital experience for our employees. Forma’s mobile app was far superior from any other one we looked at. So user friendly, great UI, and easy to use. We can not say enough great things. I look for utilization as a metric and right now we have 92% of our workforce using their app and we have 15,500 employees.

We started this program about 2 months ago now. Forma works absolutely smooth. Very simple and easy. Exactly what I’m looking for
User friendly
Mobile app is super user friendly and easy to navigate
The app leaves a lot to be desired
I have to sign into the app every time I use it. And more recently, the app just shows a white screen. When it’s not broken, the UI is a little clunky and janky.
Company Appreciation
When my company first announced this program as a benefit I thought I need to research this company and see exactly what they do. I was very impressed that Forma handles so many companies. I had no idea this benefit was an option or even available. I was impressed with the company who told their employees they had to take a vacation away from the company. That made my day. If only my company would say that. I am so happy my company has researched a need for their employees and has offered such a generous benefit. Myself personally I had a hard time deciding what exactly I wanted or needed. My family has always came first so to have an option to purchase something I wanted or needed was thrilling. Yes I still bought what my family wanted but I did purchase some items for myself. Thank you for handling my company’s benefit. It is such a pleasure to look forward to know I will get reimbursed for items I want or need. Thank you again Rhonda Johnson

So easy and quick
This app is so easy to use. They are fast at processing a request and never give you a difficult time or hold up a claim. I love that we can get reimbursed for things that we actually need and use, not only narrowed down to one category like and hsa.

I love this app - it makes filing all claims so fast and easy. I have no complaints! I love that i can quickly and easily file claims and see claim status and account balances. Saves so much time!!
Who actually works for Forma?
Never has anyone responded to my support request, I think it's CHATGPT. 👎👎 Pay attention to who rates this highly.. HR professionals. If they love, it employees will hate it. 5 Stars? They don't have any tech support, they don't roll your HSA (waiting for 4 months now), they are ambiguous in approving claims (submit 2 claims for monitor reimbursement, 1 approved, 1 denied). Just a terrible product and company.
