Garbage app
All bots no people to help you out at all. Blame any problems your having to your company and expect them to take of you 100% resetting your email or password is impossible. Done it over 20xs and says sent but never sends email to reset anything at all. Dont waist your time with this load of garbageShow lessBrynunez

This app is absolutely trash you have to log in every single time you use the app but once you log in close the app then go to log in again you have to create a new password but the password can’t be any of the last 5 passwords so get ready to have 6 different passwords and have to change it every other time you use the app then get ready for the random lock outs after you reset the password yes this app will make you change your password then proceed to lock you out your account this app is more frustrating than it is helpful so do yourself a favor and don’t download or use this app it’s crapShow lessbpcason

Trash & completely unsafe employees are forced to use
It should be illegal to make employees for companies use anything but the most up to date apps secured and updated on a consistent basis. Even video games are updated more and they don’t require personal information. This app is the biggest joke I’ve seen tied with their employee clock in app that just redirects you to a website. Why should any of us trust you know a single thing about tech when you don’t even update your apps? Refuse to use if you are able to.Show lessGhostNdaWatch
Glitches
This app has been glitching a lot lately and currently it’s taking so long to load it still hasn’t even loaded up yetleonna21
Outdated and annoying to use
The app and the company whose service it allows you to access are both so frustrating to use.
You have to sign in every time you go to use the app. If you forget your password and try to reset it without a phone number approved through the account already, you receive an email to the linked email at the earliest 45 minutes after requesting the reset link.

Improvements needed
App does what it says regarding viewing of paystubs and the ability to make certain changes like direct deposit info, viewing of w2, changing address, etc. However, it would be super convenient if we were able to use Face ID instead of having to log in every single time! Also, it’s annoying that we can’t print a PDF version of our pay stubs; instead I have to screenshot it, then edit by cropping it just so I can print a good copy. SmhShow lessSang-E
Many shortcomings
The app frequently logs-out the user, even soon after a log-in event. Content layout does not seem to be for iPhone screen. It does not allow the user to save a PDF of a Paystub, only view a Paystub.
There are many improvements this app requires, the above are just some of the thingsyanni2222
