Disabled person

You have great and very interesting products, but it is a very long walk from the entrance all the way through to the checkout point.
I find it that there is no help for disabled persons regarding mobile units that you should provide. similar to what stores like Walmart, Costco have.

I love to walk through the store and get ideas; love the merchandise, the simplicity, the beauty, and the relax feeling that brings to every spot of the house/patio/office; love the app and how easy is to buy; and I always had experienced a great customer service from the employees.

Unbelievably bad

This app is terrible. I keep getting logged out and can’t save things to my favorites. I’ve had this app for a total of 10 minutes and have had to log in 5 times. Get it together, IKEA.

Great location northeastern side of Island, with a staff of Great folks

I have ordered now 3 times since arrival to the Island and this team of IKEA is really something. They are a dimension of personalized service that just makes the IKEA brand, more than a memorable home shopping experience.
