Illogical offerings!
Update: the price of the item mentioned above has been lowered to the same price of the item in black, proof that the pandemic, shortages and the horsemen of the apocalypse had nothing to do with the $69 price difference for the SAME article in different color. The cover for the upland was ottoman in white, same color they sell the upland sofa, love seat, arm chair, is still unavailable.

Missing services, poor app functionality, slow
Second, they do not offer delivery or assembly services when you checkout in the app. Nevertheless they do offer these services in the store. Doesn’t make any sense.
Third, seriously add a Browse or Menu option because not everyone wants to put things on a search bar or waste time looking at “inspirations” or catalogues which are also poorly designed and not user friendly.
Ikea you can do better considering the amount of business that you are already benefiting from in PR.
