HM Fitness offers in-person outdoor + in-studio classes in San Francisco. Plus a huge and ever-growing, on-demand library of functional barre, yoga, and restorative Trigger Point Pilates classes that help women live better in their bodies. We are certified strength coaches and personal trainers with years of experience in boutique fitness. Now, we're reframing what it means to move well in our bodies for the long game. Our signature HM Barre classes are based on functional movement patterns so you'll be stronger in your daily activities or sport. These high-intensity, low-impact classes build lean muscle, mobile joints, core strength, balance, and flexibility, and offer plenty of ways to scale up or scale back challenges. Set to great music, and using a few props like exercise balls, foam rollers, resistance bands, light weights, and a barre, you'll never get the same class twice. We also believe in mixing up the focus in our workouts with active recovery and play days. You'll find restorative classes like Trigger Point Pilates for myofascial release and yoga for flexibility and mind-body peace. And for play, we sprinkle in cardio and ballet.  Our pillars are physical and spiritual health, social justice, learning, and joy. We always donate 10% of our income to organizations making the world healthier and offer client scholarships to ensure high-quality fitness training is available to all women.  Exercise isn't a punishment.
