    Can yall just put up the jewelry so I can look at it and then put this off to the side so people can look at it bc all I wanna do is buy jewelry not look at whatever y’all have goin on idc

    Easy to use and clean aesthetic.
  • App doesn’t work

    Have uninstalled and reinstalled four times now the app doesn’t open it doesn’t work! I have an iPhone 14 Pro not even two weeks old.

    Downloaded the app, never opens. Deleting it and using the website only.

    The app is mandatory to reach the exhibition. Even before you see available time slots, get ready to reveal your location, your bluetooth, your name, phone number and email…

    As above this seems a common problem - thought Tiffany would be more ‘on it’ than this

    We really don’t need another app to book tickets to a exhibition. A nice website would do.
  • Tells me my email format is invalid

    I can’t book tickets to the Saatchi exhibition because it keeps telling me my email format is invalid, one I’ve had for 14 years, clearly does not recognize .uk only .com. Because of this it won’t let me proceed beyond this first page. This is an exhibition in London and you have an app that doesn’t recognize uk email formats!

  • Can’t get tickets

    I’ve been trying, via the Tiffany App, to get tickets for the exhibition. All my details are clear and correct but it won’t let me go to the next page? I’ve tried over a number of weeks, on and off and several times each time!
    You’d have thought they’d have sorted their website out as I can see another review with the same issue from May. The same time I have been trying!
    Not good for either establishments and very disappointing:-(
