Tells me my email format is invalid
I can’t book tickets to the Saatchi exhibition because it keeps telling me my email format is invalid, one I’ve had for 14 years, clearly does not recognize .uk only .com. Because of this it won’t let me proceed beyond this first page. This is an exhibition in London and you have an app that doesn’t recognize uk email formats!Show lesswhoelsehasthisnickname
Can’t get tickets
I’ve been trying, via the Tiffany App, to get tickets for the exhibition. All my details are clear and correct but it won’t let me go to the next page? I’ve tried over a number of weeks, on and off and several times each time!
You’d have thought they’d have sorted their website out as I can see another review with the same issue from May. The same time I have been trying!
