  • Great app but having issues

    I’ve had this app for 4 few weeks now as it was suggested by a family member and have been diligently following the schedule with my 8 week old. I’ve absolutely loved it and swear by it but the app has totally glitched and freezes every time I try to get into it now. I reached out to the support team at MOC online and praying they can resolve the issues so I can access the app since it will be updating to an 8 week old schedule now. I need this to work!

  • App issues

    The app worked for a few weeks but recently the schedule will not load - it will just spin, attempting to load. I have deleted and redownloaded the app and it is not fixed. I paid for this app in order to access the schedule and use the alerts/reminders so at this point the app isn’t useful.
  • App stopped working.

    App was great when it worked but after a few short days, it quit functioning. The schedule feature would not load and it just kept spinning. This is so frustrating as is new mom trying to flow the recommended schedule. Bottom line is the app has glitches and is not reliable.
  • App Slow

    I’ve been using the app for about a month and do like the log and summary stats but the app just started being super slow. I have to close out of the app and reopen every single time so I can refresh or add something new which is a big pain. If I am paying money for an app I expect it to run quickly.
  • Scheduler Won’t Even Open!

    I’ve been using this app for a little bit now and tried logging out, closing, reopening.

    Scheduler just spins and spins - why we couldn’t just stay with an offline version of this app?
  • Worst glitchy app ever - don’t buy

    I really liked the concept and I was willing to pay overpriced schedule on monthly subscription ($3.99 per month!? - it should be at the most just one time payment less than $5)
    The app stopped working on the first day - I cannot go back and see the schedule and from there nothing works. I tried everything to restore the app, deleting and reinstalling, signing up with different email addresses, updating iOS software, restarting the phone, using it on iPad, etc. It simply doesn’t work anymore. So frustrating I wasted so much time on this rather simple contents. The app is so bad, and everything is linked to additional $$ paid contents, I simply am done with it!! I wish I could give a zero star

  • Sales pitch

    What am I paying for if almost everything I click on tells me next to nothing and instead tries to sell me something?
  • Lots of room for improvement

    I started using this app because everyone I spoke with before I had my baby LOVED MOC. Swore by it. And I assumed the app would be an awesome supplement to the book. Unfortunately the app isn’t very intuitive, it doesn’t provide a summary view, interactivity doesn’t make a lot of sense. I made my decision to no longer use the all on the 8th day, so I ended up paying for it for the whole year and won’t be using it. I’ve instead followed the MOC methodology as closely as possible but have used an alternative app for tracking and visualizing my baby’s schedule / day. Hopeful that MOC will invest in improving this app in the future because they could really win market share!!
  • Not compatible with a breastfed baby

    There is an option to customize a baby’s schedule but the feeds are limited to a certain amount which is far under what frequency an average exclusively breastfed baby eats. It’s a good concept and would be helpful if you could actually customize your baby’s schedule without limits on the activities. I wish this would change.
  • Moms On Call on the go!

    Allows you to share current routines. Get to the podcast. Log feedings. So easy!!
