Logout issue

The app logs me out of my account every single time. I then need to go through a long process of verifying my account with verification codes through emails and text, to get asked to enable Face ID that is never ever used to let me log back into my account.

Love this, needs some tweaks

This app is great and intuitive to use, I just wish you were able to view more than just the latest contribution in a quick view!

Transparent super management

Great to be able to see live data on my balance and be able to choose investment strategies. I invested a small amount in uni super advice and it’s made me feel much more confident and secure about my biggest asset. Thanks Uni Super!

Great app- I check my balance daily, a bit weird but it works

Not effectively linked to account balances

The app lacks the ability to plot/graph one’s investment options.
But the most glaring problem is that the website and app investment options balances do not appear to be directly linked!
I made an investment options change recently and this was reflected (6 days later - weekend plus VIC public holiday) on my online account (webpage) but NOT the app! And this was HOURS ago.

Very convenient app

The UniSuper app is very convenient and has all the information that I need. The balances are updated quite quickly. The function to be able to withdraw or transfer funds to another bank account is excellent and quick. This is making my life easier.

Almost as good as the website

Generally easy to use but some limited functionality compared to navigating the website, e.g. I can’t work out how to request a lump sum withdrawal from my pension.
