Good Overall
Some things to consider
1) The inbox is a bit hidden. It can have important messages so maybe a flag or some easier way to notice. Sending an email to look for the message with instructions suggests it isn’t easy.
2) In investment performance you often want to check across your types so if you could select at least a pair or up to a limit (4?) and then you get all on one graph that might be handy. The single view is a fine start.
3) When the app drops into accessing a webpage mode it is a little clunky like all apps who do that. If a lot of members use the workflow maybe it can migrate to the app natively.
Nice app overall though.

Bookmark the website instead
To access some of your personal information you log in to the app, then open the browser, then log into the browser. The app seems pointless if it won't do what it offers.

I downloaded v1.4.
Fabulous clean interface, easy to use. I like seeing the estimated (unrealised) returns too.
So easy to check my balance. Also like that I can now use Face ID to login.

Major Issues with UniSuper
- First is unit prices. Without unit prices it’s very difficult to know how your investment is tracking. All you get is the current value and the quarterly reports, and that’s it.
- Second is daily graphs for your account. When you log in, all you see is your account balance. You can’t see the trend overall. You can look at the graphs for the investment options, but what if you have a mixture of investment options? Then the investment option graphs provide a lot less value to you. I want to know how much the balance was last month, and in UniSuper I can’t do that.
These are both very basic systems that all the big companies have in the space.
Edit: these aren’t problems with the app, rather UniSuper as a fund.

How to login to another account ?
Also, it seems that once you setup face login there is no way to remove that to use only login pin.

Hi mahaveda, thanks for your review and being an early adopter! You're correct, at this stage you can only setup one account per device. You can however remove Face ID for the app - this is done by navigating to More > Settings > toggle off Biometrics.
