Frustrating “help”
I am stuck on a level 65. There is no help article that can help me get past this level. The Netflix support sends you back to the beginning of the “help” section several times. Like the game but I am nearly ready to delete it.august moon
Won’t advance past level 655
I was really enjoying this game (the puzzle part. I don’t care about the building part) but in the last month it’s been stuck at level 655. I’ve beaten this level several times and it never advances.UserUserUserUser4
Bad balance
I guess once you get used to producing predatory pay to win gem matching games, you’ll forget how to properly balance your game for no microtransactions.
At some point the progress comes to a screeching halt and the only way to progress is to brute force repeat same level over and over. No skill can progress you - just the increasingly more stingy random number generator.Show lessQubaVR
Just the puzzles please
I don’t want to play the building part of his game, and I’ve been able to ignore it until the last couple of weeks. It’s forcing me to do the builds and repeating the same level over and over (655). I just want to do the puzzles and am about to delete this app out of frustrationBug
There’s a bug on level 595. You can’t collect enough birds to complete. Was really enjoying it though!GBULLI
It just stopped working???
Love this game, but suddenly it won’t open. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling and it didn’t help. The game loads, says tap anywhere to enter, & then closes. 🤷♀️. I was well into the 200s level wise & I would have given it 5 stars before it just quit.
Edit: Update fixed the above problem. Now at level 609 it keeps glitching. I’ve been on this level for days. Every time I’m close to winning the rainbow that is supposed to remove all identical colors doesn’t work. Only the rainbow and the item directly next to it disappear.Show lessAgilitybasset
So fun until it’s not
I’ll start by saying this is a really fun, well made (mostly) game. I’ve been playing it almost nonstop for months. Sometimes it’s really tricky to pass a level, but I like the challenge. However there’s a glitch on level 595, where there is one missing penguin. I’ve had it happen several times now, where there are no penguins left on the screen and I lose because I can’t do anything useful, sometimes with as many as ten moves left, so I don’t think it was ever going to show up either. It’s just super frustrating to get this far and not be able to proceed with the story or game in general. :(Show lessL1ttleM.
It has a bug!!!!
It's a fun game, but all the Netflix games don't have any sound! I have everything turned up and on on my phone and in the games app and there is absolutely no sound. SUCH a let down.09845ak
Broken at level 595!
I’ve been super enjoying this game but level 595 has a big bug. It says there is one more Penguin to bring down but there none left on the board! I have several screenshots because this has continued to happen every time I get to the end of this level! Very frustrating as I can’t get past this level.Show lesswildthingpj
Great game but algorithm is off
I am level 539 and it is consistent for the last 110 levels: the levels marked “Hard” are far, far less difficult to beat than the levels not marked as hard. The Extra Hard levels are as difficult as one would expect.
