Fun for a while
The spasming cartoon animals in the bottom left of the game board notwithstanding, I didn’t have the issues others have had with the game wiping out their progress, but once I hit level 255 or so the game started crashing randomly, and it got worse up until about 260 or so which is when I gave up. Fun to play for a while but there’s other games that aren’t this frustrating. The N stands for Not QuiteShow lessKnoughah
Story progress restarting bug
This is a fantastic game but when I got to level 205 it restarted the story progress where one meets Liam. I played through the level hoping by completing level 205 it would force the game to continue the story from where I was at but it didn’t. Now I’m in the dilemma of retaining my level progress but forced to play them within a restarted Chapter 1.Show lessKh3fr3n
Great game!
No app purchases, no lives to worry about… totally free game that’s what I love the most about the game.
It’s challenging and fun way to unwind.

Lost all my progress
I was up to level 180 or so and then poof I’m randomly teleported back to level 1. All my progress lost. This is the third time it happened and I was on the latest update as well. Uninstalled for good. It’s a shame about this bug because it really was a fun match 3 game. By the way I notice how the devs are being selective to some people with responses and are ignoring those of us whose games have completely restarted from the beginning and losing all progress as a result. Loving this game, I can’t believe I get access to all these games just for having Netflix! Zero adds and I have yet to have the game hound me to purchase “great package deals”! Just enjoy a nice leisurely gametamilee91
Level 297
On level 297 the flower in the middle doesn’t disappear no matter what. Can anyone help with this ?D3/i@
Game Starts Over
This is an awesome game with great graphics and story line. It also has all of the great features and power ups of some of the best match 3 games. I loved everything about this game until I got to level 17 and then the game just randomly started me back over at the beginning at level 1. This is a real let down. Not sure I want to continue to play until I know that this issue is fixed.
Update: Updating the Netflix app resolved the above issue. I’m now on level 60 and counting with no further progress save issues.
Update 2: There is a glitch on level 295 where it is literally impossible to remove the flower that was hidden under a statue in the middle of the screen. I’m done. Good game but tired of the glitches.Show lessDmorris8186

Thank you for reporting this issue. We believe the error was on level 297, which we have now fixed, and it should be completable. Please force close the app and restart it to see the change.Great until 297 glitch
There is a glitch in the code on level 297. It doesn’t correctly clear the middle piece. You get stuck no matter how many times you beat it. The lack of actual, useful support through the app and Netflix is annoying.Lollie'smom
