Easy to charge especially with app. Clean and quiet area. Rarely busy so great place if you want to make sure a charger is available.

I like 7-11 and being able to charge next to my work is great.
Great Charger
3rd time charging here and it works fine. Only thing is that it charges you a $40 hold charge but then gets reimbursed every time.
Fast and convenient
Only wish there was an area to sit inside but otherwise the machine is fast charging and conveniently off the highway
Best Charging Station by a landslide
Idk if every 7Charge station is level 3, but the one I use has, without a doubt, the fastest charge of all the charging stations that I’ve been to and I’m pretty sure I’ve been to most, if not all, of the charging stations around. Just wish they would add a reservation feature, so we can have assurance of availability, which would help everyone’s schedule and whatnot. Other than that though, phenomenal work by 711.

Very easy, quick and fast.
Great place for an fast electric charger
Great location, off the 29 Highway. It takes some fidgeting/toggling to get started which is why I gave it 4 stars but has worked every time I have come to use it so far. Only one fast charger at the moment

$40 indefinite hold, even for failed sessions.
Using Apple Pay. When you have a successful charge the hold falls off to the amount of the charge right after the end of session. If it’s a failed session, the $40 hold sticks around indefinitely..(been a couple days so far and it’s still there). A. That’s way too large of a hold, evgo does $5. B. this hold is placed for every failed charging session if it fails to connect to your vehicle etc, so you could rack up $120+ in holds at the snap of your fingers especially considering how smooth (sarcasm) the ccs charging experience is. If you’ve got a small battery ev like an e-golf, old leaf etc, you rarely spend more than 5 or 6 $ on a charge. Better hope you have enough money in your account for a couple months worth of charging…(?

As many know, in the Melbourne area it’s an EV charge desert unless you’re a Tesla owner. Happy they installed these!
