  • Not worth it

    The amount of personal data they require is very unusual. I wanted the 25 cents off per gallon - so I gave it. I have still never been able to use the scan and pay option at the pump or in the store. Multiple verifications requires and it like one verification point does not talk to another. Changed the password to login and its a different password to pay, that password must be floating into the ether. I have decided to get gas elsewhere, too much of a hassle. 5 cents a gallon (for their loyalty app- not the scan and pay), is absolutely not worth the 20 mins I have been at the pump try to log in and get the supposed rewards.

    I love this app, I’m able to get so many good deals and discounts when i use fresh pay. Definitely worth it.
  • Easy to save money on gas

    I use this app to save money when I get gas. It’s worth having on my phone to save 5 cents per gallon. It’s a no brainer

    Can’t sign up app will not register. Clearly from the low rating it’s terrible

  • Terrible

    I tried to set up an account for the app and it wouldn’t take any password. So I called customer support and they put me through to the technical support and there was no one there. If just signing up is this difficult, FORGET IT. I’ll keep my Citgo pay app 😃

  • Is this bate and switch?

    Signs say 25 cents off per gallon after obtaining a freshpay card. I obtained the card and swiped it through. Instead of getting 25 cents off, I got 20 cents off. Let’s see, that’s a nickel per gallon in corporate savings for every customer that uses their “rewards” program. Looks like bate and switch to me.

  • I can’t log in

    I was gonna go get gas using one of my perks and I get there and I open the app and it logged me out and won’t let me sign back in and keeps telling me to talk to the developer
