I wanted to reopen my storefront, due to previous hackers that drained my bank accounts. Etsy's tech support uses this to view your screens and asks for your bank account log ins, Venmo & Zelle while in view! This is a inside crime job. Do not use this!Ursica

Frustrating
It doesn’t work on an Apple Mac. I checked everything several times but no joy.Be lean not mean.
Does not allow remote control
I can’t even find a way in my RealVNC Viewer on my Mac to issue a code to use with this. Waste of time.ISkiCO
Doesn’t work how you expect
The app was originally supposed to let me access my phone from my pc but it ended up not working one bit and it was a bit waste of time to figure out.Physijelly

Sorry the app was not what you expected. It is designed as a support technician or assistance tool. Limitations of the iOS platform do not allow users to control or 'seamlessly' view. The app does require a RealVNC account with an enabled feature Add-on to function. ~cbThe First Review
