This app is fine and all … but getting ahold of a real person to handle business in emergency is god awful!!!! This used to be the best place on planet to do business with… very disappointing!!scorpionsmiley
Mobile Deposits
Takes way too long for E-Deposits, my other credit union usually deposits same day. Here it takes 3-5 business days, not the 2 it claims. That’s my only complaint, but it feels a little concerning.Travesty07
Unable to connect
I have to go to the bank at least once a month to get them to reset my password so I can use online banking. I work second shift so if I want to use online banking I have to literally loose sleep to go to the bank to fix the issue. They fix the issue in just a few minutes but it should not happen this often. They do not know why this is happening.TwiggyJordison

Got the new iPhone 14 and updated to OS 16 but now the app crashes every time I try to launch it. I have reinstalled it and restarted my phone but still the same thing happens.Camden36
