I love this app for so many reasons , i personally have a lot of injuries and i love how she shows you different modifications to get a good workout in without hurting yourself more. She makes pilates so easy , there’s a weekly workout routine you can follow if you’re a beginner and don’t know how to start. She also does great monthly challenges for you to follow !! Another amazing part of her videos is that she has quick and easy ones for you to do for those busy days and they STILLLLL will give you such an amazing burn. My absolute favorite though is that she adds positive affirmations that make you fall in love with yourself and just feel great all together. This is such a great app to have no matter where you are in your fitness journey , promise you won’t regret getting this app 🩷
