A Recovery Journey and Body Transformation of a mom of 2
I have been using FORM for almost a year now and I’m so grateful i found this program. I love how each workout is tailored to the female body and takes into account all of the physical, emotional and hormonal stages. Not many workout programs really focus on this. I found this program after I went through a very difficult postpartum period, which required pelvic floor physical therapy for about 4 months. After months of intense physical therapy, I was able to slowly incorporate FORM workouts that allowed me to safely increase my strength and stamina. If it wasn’t for FORM’s training guidance, I don’t think I would have recovered as quickly as I did. The encouraging words of Sami and the other trainers truly pushed me to think positively and confidently about my body during a very dark period in my life. I will be forever grateful to everyone at FORM for the transformation. I lost about 20 lbs which was more of an added bonus but feeling strong and overcoming injury was my main focus. I can lift my 30 pound toddler with out strain or loss of energy. Thank you FORM!!
