I am new to meditation. I have ADHD so meditation has NEVER been something I could do…until now. These are so easy and fun. Yogi Bryan is amazing. This app is life changing.

Started on Reels
I started seeing his videos on facebook reels and instantly knew this kind of meditation was for me. I’ve tried some in the past but they were so fake! I can relate because I talk the same way and it just makes it so much more interesting. I even got my husband listening at night! This app is wonderful! I have learned so much and sleep so much better!

I wish I would’ve found this app before I downloaded the calm app. I love all of the meditations so far, especially the anxiety meditations and rated r meditations. I have recently gotten into moon magic and am super excited to try the full moon meditations too! Thank you yogi Bryan for helping me get back into meditation and learn to just sit with myself again. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable but your meditations make it so worth it!

Recently discovered Yogi via social media. Like his content and style. Decided to try the app. Downloaded it but when I open it all I get is a black white screen. I’m on iPhone 13 Pro Max with IOS 16.5.1

Is there an easier way to find the meditation you’re doing daily other than having to search for it daily? It kind of makes me not want to do my meditation if I have to remember where it’s located at 4 am. Thanks. Namaste.
