Taxi booking system
The on line booking system is less than efficient and thus frustrating. The system keeps changing my home address and at times does not confirm the booking. It does not allow for changing the booking time nor cancellation. Altogether an extremely unwieldy system.Chasmac911
Rip off
They now try and charge a cancellation fee which is not advertised or informed of before trying to book or after taking pre payment details. Even worse when they are unable to allocate a taxi for your booking. For your inconvenience and there inability to send a taxi to the city centre they will try and charge you in excess of £5. Why bother having taxis when you can charge customers for incompetence and inability to complete the service you offer. Dont even bother trying to call them, just get a computer. Unfortunately Glasgow taxis is now not fit for purpose and tarnish the black hack service in the city.Show lessShaun6789
Prebooking pointless
When prebooking on app it does not guarantee a taxi will be available at time almost missed my train because the taxi didn’t turn up for 15min (the whole time the app showed the taxi across the city 1min away) ending in my missing my train to InvernessTotalhypocrite
