I struggled to set up a pick up (crossing an address is a chore), and after 3 tentatives I removed the app from my phone

Horrendous. Get it fixed !!!!

The worst app I think I have ever downloaded on my phone. This company has easy lost 100+ taxis from us over the last couple of years as their app is so unreliable. I always give them a chance but not anymore - final straw broken with this useless piece of garbage. Avoid
