I haven’t used the app in over a week and I’ve been charge a $30 fee called sightline play, I didn’t make any actions recently to cause this, it’s like they try to hit you with unknown fees without you’re knowledge and hopefully they get away with it. App is a joke since day one, needs to be a polished finish before you let the public use a app that is faulty.

We have also recently added Trustly as a deposit and withdrawal method to easily link your bank account! We hope either of these solutions will resolve your issue.

Do Better

Overall it’s a Terrible app No same game parlay! Withdrawal is ridiculous at this point! If the odds change they won’t make you aware or give you a chance to change it especially live bets! I see a -165 but when the bet is made it’s a -145! End of the day ITS TERRIBLE!! Typical Arkansas Ran Company Always trying to get over!!!!

Other options out there

I used this because it was first to market in Arkansas. It shows. The options are limited and the app flow is poor. Use either the Saracen or Oaklawn app instead.

Not the greatest

You get to make very basic bets on this app. It’s nothing like MGM, Fan Duel, or anything else on the market. For the people that live in Arkansas using this just know it’s mediocre just as most of the state is.

Decent

Loved it until 48 hours ago when my active bets no longer show up. I have a ticket open but was promised updates and only get generic responses when I inquire. May move my stuff over to Saracen if this keeps up. Let people see their active bets!! It was working flawlessly before. It’s been disappointing as of late. Super quirky having to refresh the app to show logged in when it spins for no reasons. It’s serviceable, but hire more support.

Good selections, terrible app and website

Asks me every 10 seconds if I'm still there. Not even sure if i will get my first bet free bet back if it loses. Didn’t pick up my phone call for help

More prop options

More prop options is my only critique, but other then that love the app. Also, when you place the bet, I can’t see the full slip in my phone screen and no way to adjust it.

Multiple Selection - Parlay Only Bug

Really enjoy that there is now a mobile app for Arkansas but there is a huge bug when you select multiple bets on one ticket….you can only select a parlay when multiple bets are on the ticket. You’re unable to do single and bet each item individually for one ticket.

Update: Developer responded and suggested this was an “option” that they will work on in future. However, this is standard functionality for any online betting site and should be considered a critical bug for all intended purposes.

Update 2: I’ve moved to BetSaracen since they have this standard feature already included. So much easier to actually make multiple single bets on the same ticket on BetSaracen

Terrible sports betting app

I have been trying to authenticate my account for weeks I had to email them to have them accept my documents to have the account authorized. Then it’s another account you have to open just to put a deposit in the app to play. Why we just can’t use draft kings or fam dual. You sign up, put your money in, make a bet then boom. Simple
