Where’s the BLUE TOOTH BUTTON???

Overall, I can’t complain outside of having to contact headquarters to ask where’s the Bluetooth button? I know it’s a feature but it’s not visibly featured on the app. No option on the app or on the Bluetooth switch either? Please refer to Alexa who will tell you…
“I’m not sure I can help you with that?” OMG! Crazy! One more thing, it would be cool if you added the LED color changing option for this model. Thanks!

Thank you for reviewing this App. It’s possible the microphone is muted. You will see a red light on the grille if the microphone is muted. If this is not the case, please reach out to our Product Support Team at 800-637-1453(US) or 800-567-3855 (Canada) so we can provide additional troubleshooting assistance.

Ugh! This fan is too complicated

Had a power outage on the block and now since restored the light won’t stop spinning yellow. Instructions are unclear. Deleted everything and tried to start over but still nothing. Can Cyril the fan from the app but that’s it. Light still spinning yellow. Now the fan won’t appear in my Bluetooth so can’t be voice controlled even though it says that Alexa is linked. What a waste.
