Auto Scrobble no longer works
I was enjoying auto scrobble (the reason I subscribed) and not having to manually scribble but the feature no longer works. It says “listening” but does not pick up on the song anymore or scrobble it for me. I wish this would get fixed! Otherwise great app and nice interfacemaiac30

Had to update my review. This app barely works anymore. Every 2-3 songs it stops scribbling unless you re-open the app and foreground it again. It’s essentially just another scrobble app - and it’s a very nice one. But what set it apart from the other scrobbling apps, mainly the continuous background scrobbling ability, doesn’t work anymore.mostlyminutiae

I mostly use this with SiriusXM and it works well with that app. Enjoy that it works when using headphones and not just for identifying music around you.
This app would be five-star perfect if it worked with CarPlay. I’m sure it’s a limitation out in place by Apple or something but that’s my number one use case and the fact it doesn’t ultimately leaves it’s utility limited.

This update contains a lot exciting new features and improvements: - SCROBBLE YOUR VIDEOS: For all those videos you have of your favorite songs going on in a party, or just that small clip of an interesting tune you’ve heard while doing groceries, you can now use AirScrobble with your videos in your camera roll to identify any songs that may be playing on them and quickly scrobble your new discoveries or view them on Apple Music. - NEW AUTO MATCH TOGGLE: The app now features a new Auto Match toggle below the Record button, making it easier to start a session or check its status at a glance. Simply toggle it on and tap the Record button to begin. And for those who prefer it, the press-and-hold gesture to activate Auto Match is still available - QUICK ACTION FOR AUTO MATCH: To start Auto Match faster than ever, a new quick action is available when you press and hold the app icon.
