We have the Spinshot Plus, and so can only use the older version of the app.
It’s a little complicated to start with but you get used to it.
The drills are impossible to understand though. You have a set 10 drills that you can ‘send’ - I have no idea what that means but it doesn’t do anything 🤷🏻♂️Show less4963backhand
Same as Others - Connection Drops Often
As others are reporting, connection drops from opposite baseline. Problem started about 3-4 months ago. Have had the machine for about 4 years now. Very frustrating.SnackDad

I have had my machine for 2 years now. For a long time I had no issues. But lately, as others have reported, when it is time to stop the machine or change the settings from the opposite baseline, the app says not connected. However the iPhone WiFi says it is connected. So I have to force close the app, start it again, and then it works. But by that time I have walked to the machine and can just push those buttons. The app is quite poor.Show lessM Zaffre

The manual settings can only be set when connected to the machine. It would be nice to be able to edit programs offline.Just me & you

Thank you for your feedback. We will bring this to the attention of our development team. Fortunately, the manual settings can be saved on the machine after each use. Therefore, when you turn on the machine next time, it will display the last saved setting for quick and easy use.Doesn’t work
This is a very poor app so far and nothing but frustrating. Can’t keep a connection. Can’t save settings. Worthless. Expect better considering the price point of the machineRumi2012

The app works fine when close to the Spinshot (Plus v6.2).
However, when you go to the opposite baseline, the connection drops, you have to kill the app, reload it and then it works again.
Very frustrating. This happens on both the wi-fi and Bluetooth versions of the app.Toodlefan
