First, let me say this app is not very intuitive. While it does allow you to choose the workout of the day, finding previous workouts or areas to focus on for a workout is not easy. Also many of the workouts require specialized equipment that you would find in a gym and not really made for the home gym user. The blog and community seem good. Bottom-line: there is no way to tailor any of the programs - switching exercises, changing number of reps or sets,Show lessSuperb!!
Great app, this one really works. Exercise variation is really good so you’re never bored. Your week is structured to ensure you target all muscle groups and movements.Everything you could want from a workout app!
The Rise app gives a new workout everyday to target different areas of of strength and conditioning. I have never done the same workout twice and all I needed was a kettle bell to get started. I love the new benchmarking tracker to keep my goals insight and see how far I’ve come. Could not recommend this app more to anyone trying to get a good workout in at home with limited equipment, space, and time.Show less
