Fantastic product, even better customer support
These guys are awesome. I’ve had an issue transferring my number and they have worked closely with me for an hour to make sure everything is ironed out. This is the type of support I would expect from a giant corporation but they are already nailing it!
Best phone plan
So I recently joined this phone plan provided from my component Sizzling Platter LLC, and I gotta be honest Previ handle my situation perfectly and was able to transfer my current phone number to my new provider T-Mobile , eSIM was actually upgraded at night at 2am and was able to set up eSIM as soon as I wake up around 6:30a.m and sure enough everything worked well 👍🏾. Great price but they don’t handle e-Sim phones well
We decided to try this service because of the great price. Getting things set and SIM cards in hand will take a week or so. If you have an e-SIM, your port may not work. It took 3+ hours of texting to do what a 15 minute call would have done. Meanwhile, your phone doesn’t have service. It did get resolved but it felt painful to get there. If you can get through the whole onboarding process, it might just be worth it.

Suggestions.

Love the app, but I do have a few suggestions. Are you able to add the time and dates on the message history? another thing is the keyboard that pops up when you‘re in chat doesn’t automatically capitalize the first letter. Even though the setting is turned on in my phone. Also, when the notification for a new chat, message comes up and it’s clicked on. It doesn’t take you to the new message it still shows you the previous messages, you have to click out of the chat and go back in for the new message to appear.
