Impossible to sign into app
Changed password many times and get all the verifications of success and still errors out upon login attempt.
Little usable information when I was able to use the app several months ago. Sorta like my 2024 Winnebago Vita that was built by a person who literally reversed ALL of the wiring connections and installed the shower handle upside down.beaning1230

The app is worthless. I tried 3 times to submit a request to Customer Service and kept getting error messages. Then tried repeatedly to save data to my profile and it just won't save. Save yourself the hassleMinnie Winnie owner

App doesn’t list the Class C Access as a model, so unavailable to add RV.

App does not recognize my vin and if I try to manually pick my trailer, it does not exist. I have a 2023 Minnie, model 2327TB. What is up?snowrider4994

Looked promising but it does not let me add my RV using the Vin number or just manually telling what it is. Junk, should be ashamed to put out garbage like this. Either fix it or take it down.Webwevers
Needs a lot more work to be useful
Most categories for manuals are empty. Hopefully you are adding more manuals and videos. At this point it’s pretty useless to us.Hyrollin
Work in progress?
I just downloaded the app and noticed some issues. Not certain how to contact the app developer. Some simple things noted so far include
1)an owner and vehicle information section that contains no data,
2)may be unable to view some data in vehicle certification section as the last viewable line is half obscured and there might be more content.
3)There are references to other sections in the manual, but there are no hyperlinks to these sections and there is no index to get to them. Example: “See “Battery Boost Switch” in Section 3 - Driving Your Motorhome).” Where is section 3? How do I get there?
It looks like the app has some potential but it needs to be polished.Darwin Pilot
