  • The worst possible customer experience.

    It is bad. Like 1990’s bad. So not friendly that is hard to describe. Please consider that we are in 2023 and use all the modern tools that this world offers to get some reasonable user experience.

    I don’t review apps that often. But the way this works just get me out of balance and unleashed my reviewing powers.

  • Had high hopes but… meh

    This could be a good resource if it had more content. The layout and app navigation are decent.

    But there’s very little content, and nothing model-specific. How is this immature app 4 years old?

  • Worthless to me

    I have a Micro Minnie and there is nothing for my trailer. For a four-year old app, that’s pretty pathetic.
  • Disappointing

    No specific information for my 2007 Voyage.
  • Could Be Better

    Videos are not model specific- figured they would be since I had to input my Vin#. Would be nice to have model specific manuals available without having to go to the Winnebago website.
  • No support for 2016 Sightseer

    Cannot find anything pertinent to my unit. No manuals or tips and the 6-8 tips I can see do not apply. This app offers me nothing

  • My VIN not listed

    Didn’t recognize my VIN. Tried to enter manually but my model not listed. I received an email from Winnebago promoting this. I wish you had been more upfront on the limitations

  • Where’s My 1 Star Review?!?

    Do you hide some bad ones? Not surprising with such a time wasting app. Please advise how to delete the account I made on it. It’s a marketing tool only if don’t own a newer WB. I’m 2017. USELESS to me.

    Sorry you were running into issues with the app. We're currently fixing an issue with some vehicles and hope to have an update shortly. As requested, your account has been deleted, but hope you'll give the app another chance when support for your RV is resolved.
  • Has potential

    Looks like they only have camper vans years 2016 and newer in the app. It might be more useful when they get my 2014 ERA in the system.
