A must have app for better sleep

Nightly is the best app ever. As a college student, I admittedly have an awful sleep schedule never seem to wake up rested no matter how much sleep I get. I swear nightly is magical. It seamlessly fit into my night routine and has become something I look forward to. I love getting the bedtime reminders every night. The feature of being able to put different sounds like lake pebbles or rain on top of my monaural beats was amazing! I also thought the alarm was great and always woke me up but somehow it was peaceful, and I just felt more awake than when I wake up with my phone alarm. I have told all of my friends about this app and how cute and easy the app is to use makes it an easy sell. I am obsessed with getting my sleep report card in my email each week. All though I have yet to get an A in any category (it has been a rough semester) I am determined to keep improving. Nightly is a must have for anyone who wants to start sleeping better!

if you want good sleep, this app is a MUST!

I absolutely loved using this app! Nightly improved my sleep after using it for just one week!! As a college student, my schedule is always very busy and whenever I get the chance to sleep, I want to make sure itโ€™s the best it can be! Nightly uses monaural beats to improve the amount of deep sleep you get which helps you wake up feeling more rejuvenated. After using Nightly, I saw an increase in my deep sleep and felt more energized throughout my day which is a must as a college student!

Nightly was so easy to use: you can input recent activities before bed and it will make custom beats for you and your sleep! Itโ€™s incredibly quick to set up right before bed and turns off with a built in alarm. If you have roommates, there are even inaudible beats that work just as well as the audible setting so itโ€™s perfect for those in dorms or people who need silence to sleep (like me!) There is even guided meditations to go to sleep which were amazing if I had trouble going to sleep.

Overall, I absolutely LOVED Nightly and found that it increased my quality of sleep and helped me feel ready for the day ahead!! It was SO simple and easy to use not to mention how effective it was!! Download this app - your sleep will thank you! ๐Ÿ’ค

More Sleep!!

Iโ€™ve always struggled with falling asleep especially when I am stressed out. I find it very hard for me to relax and if I do end up sleeping it is a very light sleep that does not leave me refreshed at all. After trying the nightly app, I was able to see immediate results! I started falling asleep almost immediately and sleeping through the night. These are two things I never thought would happen and they have made me feel so much better about the quality of sleep I am getting. If you struggle with falling asleep like I do, i definitely recommend trying this app!!

Nightly is a GAME CHANGER

Using Nightly has been an absolute game-changer to my sleep. Ever since coming to college, I have always struggled with waking up numerous times in the night, however with Nightly, I have found that I have woken up less or not at all most nights! My quality of sleep has been amazing and I wake up feeling refreshed and energized for my day.

As a college student, I know for me and many others that prioritizing sleep and my sleep quality is important but difficult. Nightly solves that problem. It is now so easy for me to fall asleep and stay asleep. A very cool feature Nightly offers is the ability to customize what beats will play while you sleep based on what activities you did during the day or how you feel. I think this personalization is so unique and important as the beats will be adapted to your experience! The user interface is also so accessible and easy to navigate (love the characters)!

If youโ€™re looking for new ways to improve your sleep, I would 100% recommend Nightly.

You will never struggle to wake up again

The sounds, the option to set a sleep schedule by cycles, this is all great. But I had been shopping around for similar spas for a while and they seemed to offer a mix. But THIS. THIS APP CHANGED IT ALL. It plays some special sounds 30 min before waking up that make the wake up so smooth, and it carefully reports your sleep every week. My deep sleep has improved so much. It also has special calming sounds to fall asleep that are designed based on your day. None of the guessing work that other apps make you do. And it has such a clean look!!! I just live using this app every single night and waking up well rested.

Intuitive & Helpful

I was initially skeptical about yet another sleep app, but this one genuinely surprised me. Within a week, my Fitbit showed a noticeable increase in deep sleep time. I've been waking up feeling more refreshed.

The app's UI is adorably designed and incredibly intuitive. I love how it creates a personalized experience by asking a few quick questions. Based on my answers, it generates custom beats that lull me into a deep slumber.

Beyond the beats, it offers a great selection of white noise and guided meditations. These features have become an essential part of my wind-down routine.

Lovely.

Iโ€™m a college student whoโ€™s always trying to figure out how to get the best sleep but not necessarily the most sleep. This app is so helpful.

Iโ€™ve felt more refreshed while using this app that when not using it. I love the routine of playing the beats at night and briefly reflecting on my emotions. I sometimes havenโ€™t been able to access the weekly report at the end of the week, but theyโ€™re helpful with helping you access it. The weekly report is really insightful into which facts help/harm your sleep.

My favorite part of this app is the alarm function and the white noise options. The alarm recommends times you wake up and then itโ€™s an alarm that works on do not disturb with a lovely ringtone. The white noise options are varied and lovelyโ€”honestly, I would use this app just for the white noise options :))

If you want to sleep better, I highly recommend trying Nightly!

Sleep improvement!!!

As someone whoโ€™s mood entirely depends on the amount of sleep I get, I had to try Nightly. After only two nights of using it, I woke up feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the day. My fitbit also told me that I was getting more deep and REM sleep than ever. So happy to have nightly in my life :)

Student/ADHD must have

As someone with ADHD, and a student, falling asleep is hard with all my thoughts keeping me up. And also having a roommate, it was hard finding an app that wouldnโ€™t disrupt their sleep and help mine. But with the inaudible function, and the frequency stimulation, itโ€™s helped me get deeper and better sleep!! :>

finally getting good sleep!

Iโ€™m a pretty light sleeper and often wake up drowsy or just tired and I usually find that to be normal because thatโ€™s what Iโ€™m used to. BUT after trying nightly, I realized thereโ€™s actually such a big difference in how I sleep and how I feel when I wake up. I wonโ€™t lie, I definitely wasnโ€™t sure how this would work since I still slept only 5-7 hours since Iโ€™m currently in college (especially with midterms week) but despite sleeping so little, I can definitely tell the quality has improved. NOT ONLY did I receive a C- on my sleep report that nightly sends out (which I was not happy about ๐Ÿ˜ญ), they also have other features you should check out like meditation and etc.

I also LOVE how they have unique tunes for how youโ€™re feeling that day or if you did certain activities and so you have the perfect monaural beats for that day. my sleep score improved to a B- and Iโ€™m ready for it to be an A :) one of the best apps that Iโ€™ve tried and I would definitely recommend it AND itโ€™s just so cute too ๐Ÿ˜ GET THE SLEEP THAT YOU DESERVE!
