Probable Scam
I can confirm that when they say you will be approved in a day or two as long as your profile is complete with pictures... they're lying. For sure either can't handle supporting a large customer base or it's a data mining scam
Edit: I've met your criteria 100%. Prior to your response, one of my photos was of a concert I went to that didn't show me. I swapped it out for another photo of me. Two days, still nothing. Fascinating lol

No go
I’ve been active on TRS for a couple of weeks with maybe 10 likes. I’m not saying I’m hot stuff, but I have been on Upward for about three months with over 500 likes in that time. I’ve seen very few profiles within 90 miles of me. There is no response back from guys who “like” my profile. And I don’t like how I cannot tell how many have viewed my profile. And no way to tell the profiles I have viewed and “liked”. I will not be paying for another 30 days.

From an infiltrator perspective
I tested this app so you don’t have to. Tbh I really just wanted to see how looney people are in the rural town I am moving to. However, your potentials are based on where your current location is, so my results were from Seattle. My test results will have to wait until next time I visit my new home ;)
I first signed up as a female. I didn’t have an invite, but turns out I got approved within an hour so I was in! There were about 15 males ages 34+ in the Seattle area.
I then invited myself using my other phone number and signed up as a male. There were about 12 females aged 34+ in the Seattle area.
You can swipe left, right, or scroll past and skip them. Pretty standard dating app. If I was conservative and straight/cis maybe I’d be into it. Who knows?

It’s a good app but…
They should allow people to send and receive pictures. Because some people have to get to know a person more then just by text.
Good idea, terrible execution
This could be a great app, if you would actually see new people instead of the same 20 people for a month straight. They put you on some waitlist for months before you’re even “accepted”, how do they plan to grow doing that crap? It’s unfortunate cause it’s a good idea, however it’s just a waste of time.

record voice option?
Finally received invite and now have access. Here in L.A. not many like-minded yet but remain optimistic many will join. Messaging w/man right now but cannot locate record voice option so we can hear each other. It helps to authenticate as well as familiarity. When do you think this option will be added? The Right Stuff site is user-friendly to set-up, I don’t give attention to negative haters professing to be active unhappy users as I carry a big lefty filter. Praying TRS blocks all horrible catfish. Lookg forward to meeting the Right man on The Right Stuff.

The app is well designed. I am fine with the invite system for weeding out bots/trolls. I just wish there were more users in Colorado
