  • Avoid if you can

    This truly is one of the worst apps I have used. When it actually works, it is incredibly slow. Slows down workflow during the day, crashes frequently. On a busy surgical day the last thing you need is an app that should make your life easier billing wise, cause so much headache and work at the end of the day. The only redeeming quality is their customer service typically responds via email within an hour. I would not use this app if it was free.

  • Awful

    The new app just goes to show that this new version is not necessarily better or improved. It’s clunky slow, not intuitive, too small and totally not user friendly. I have not heard of anyone in my group who has anything good to say about. What a waste of time and effort. Go back to the drawing board!

  • Improving

    Initially gave it a 1 star, seemed to come out truly half baked but I could see they had some good ideas to help streamline the app. It’s much better and I anticipate it will get less buggy each update.

  • Significantly worse than MDClaim

    This “upgrade” is a step backwards. Superficial GUI changes aside, they changed how fast you can see your cases, how easy it is to click through a claim (disorganized selection order and now with extra pull down menus and antibiotics pop-up windows), and much slower screen capture for face sheets. “My Claims” window has pull down menus to see your cases and the ability to call patients the day before with posted phone numbers is so much worse than before. This was created by people who don't use it. Apps like this are what is wrong with modern medicine. More clicks and wasted time for doctors, less time for patient care.

  • There’s no plus in this version

    The new app is excessive and sluggish. Having drop down menus for every prompt and the added tabs for to jump to each section significantly slows the process time for inputting data. The app can’t handle the new format and is so laggy. The toggle to switch between the old and new version also doesn’t work so what’s the point? After going back to the old version of the app, the speed difference is significantly noticeable, which is very important when you have a day of short endoscopy cases and minimal time to input everything. Also, why are the yes and no prompt placements not consistent with the old version? My muscle memory does not approve of this. It’s like no one asked any providers for their opinion on the new version before launching. Please go back to the old app, this new one is garbage.

  • If It’s Not Broke, Don’t Fix It

    The old app never gave me issues. The new interface is very busy and confusing. It also freezes multiple times. One of the worst features is taking a picture because if I take multiple pictures, the first picture blocks a portion of the screen and makes it difficult to view what I am capturing

  • Slow

    Unbelievably slow UI, it takes me twice as long now to submit a claim. Wish I could just keep using the old app.

  • I did not think MD claim could get any worse

    Wow, MD claim plus? More like MD CLAKM suck…I didn’t think MD claim could get any
    Worse, but somehow they managed to make it even more nonfunctional than before. The app crashes out of no where, won’t let you submit a ticket because of required fields but won’t tell you where it is. It is a lot more cluttered and busier than before. Not user friendly at all. Ended up downloading the old version back to use that instead of MD claim plus so I can actually submit something to billing.

  • Getting Better

    Developers respond and change necessary problems. Still slower and uglier than the old app though.

    Thank You, MattPru, for the feedback and patience. Very soon, there will be an update. Animations will be eliminated, and navigation will improve between the zones in the ticket. Also, it will contain a different methodology to upload images. These updates will increase speed and provide a smoother experience.
