I recently downloaded Truemecalm with the expectation of receiving affirmations via notifications throughout the day. However, despite enabling notifications both in the app and on my device settings, I have not received any notifications since installing the app yesterday.
I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting the app and my device, but to no avail. It’s disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any visible support option within the app or on their website to address this issue promptly.
I’m eager to make use of Truemecalm and believe in its concept, but this lack of functionality is hindering my experience. I would appreciate it if the developers could look into this matter urgently or provide a way to contact support for assistance.
