Key Lime Pie
Purchased a piece of Key Lime pie to go. When I got home I discovered there had been a mistake and I was given Coconut Creme 😞. Called and spoke to John, the Manager. He credited the amount of the pie back to my account. He also said the next time I come in and he’s working just mention Key Lime Pie and it will be on him. That is the type of Customer Service that will keep me going back to Village Inn. Julie, our waitress was also very sweet, she was probably confused because I changed my pie choice three times 🤦♀️.Mrs. Realtor

Horrible service!
Me and my two daughters went in June wanting breakfast for dinner and we were on a 2 hour time limit so we ordered right away and the food took an hour to be served and it was not busy at all, my daughter needs food or else she will get very upset so while we were waiting she kept having these kally attacks, I guess it just may be a new thing for young kids but she couldn’t stop until she got her food, and when we got the food it was so dry and crusty!User1256789
Vacation breakfast
Since we just started vacation, we had coconut and French silk (chocolate) pie for breakfast. It was absolutely delicious! A great way to start a vacation! The server, Shawna, in Saint Augustine was an attentive server.HaRaS ReKrAP
Awful experience
We came in at the same time. Another couple came in and they left before we even got our food. It took over 45 minutes for two people to get their food. There was six tables that came in after us, and received their food before we did. the supervisor didn’t even give us a discount or apologize or anything. They blamed it on the new system they had.
