Horrible service
Maria at the Frisco location on Coit Road was horrible. She ignore me as I waited in line for almost 10 minutes. I also have video to show this. She also does not make eye contact nor does she listen when taking the orders. She messed up on my order and the two after me also. Then when I came back into to tell her that she messed up on my order she had me wait another 8 minutes and then said that she thought I was someone else picking up an Uber Eats order. SMH!

Super nice crew!
As usual, the food was awesome. The best part of the day though, was the employee who helped us: Hannah. She was just super nice—like above and beyond. I can tell she will go far in life. Just in our brief interaction, I could tell that she’s an awesome person.
Flaw with credit card usage
My husband and I both got this app, but it only allows one of us to put in our SHARED credit card number and earn a reward. Then the app forced me to save my credit card number in the app and not give me any kind of reward. There was no option just to manually pay by credit card but not save it in the app. If I wasn’t going to earn anything, I would prefer NOT to save my cc # in the app. Seems like a flawed system to me.

We absolutely love this place! The service, the food, the atmosphere is fantastic! We are addicted to everything about this place and can’t wait to have our friends and family try it as well!
Rude Manager Ron Perry. Left items off online order
Herriman Location’s manager Ron Perry was extremely rude when I called about 2 salads I bought via on-line order/drive through pick up. I politely explained they forgot the 2 salads off my order… they manager asked if I didn’t have any bushes in front of my house I could use to forage the salads. I asked if he was trying to be funny? The manager responded with another dumb comment. I stated I would just file a dispute with my credit card company.
I have frequented this location pretty much since it first opened in the neighborhood… I guess this was the last time.

App keeps asking for too much info
App asks me to register my credit card number with it. Not gonna do that ever, not in this age of continuous data breaches. App asks for my birthdate. Also not gonna do that. Stop asking for so much info.

Worse food in vegas
If you are in the las Vegas area don’t go to the one on Craig Road The service is horrible, staff is rude and if this is really hawaiian’s that own this place shame on you for hiring people who dont care that they gave food with hair inside and didn’t want to refund money i can just imagine what else they let happen in the food. Plus you guys wasn’t even open long and you even let your staff bull other staff shame on you.

Good apps, great rewards, poor customizations
I think the app is great did a good job for the most part. The only part that keeps it from getting the last star for me is that you can’t customize whether you want two sides of rice or two sides of Mac. they force you into having both.

I’ve also met one of the Owners, Kalani, and he is a top notch human being and has obviously passed his style on to his business.
When any of my friends come from out of state and want to eat somewhere different, I usually take them to MoBettahs and they always enjoy!
