Zero Stars for no login

I downloaded the app on Dec 12 because I come here all the time for my daughter that dances, I didn't want to put my credit card info cuz the majority of the time these food apps absolutely do not have the level of protection necessary to store credit card info which leaves them open to security hacks all the time. The app already had my phone number from the when I downloaded the app on the 12th, no way to login to the account no way to bypass if you already put your phone number and no login button. Zero stars for no login button.

1st time trying and i give it 8.5 was pretty good fast service and my meal was free thank you i will be back i had the teriyaki steak teriyaki chicken. The steak was better than the chicken. both were seasoned well and tender

Mo bettah’s fo Life

My love for this establishment grows each time I eat food from there. We’ve had some tough times but they always make it right. The staff always responds to concerns and 90% of the time there’s nothing to worry about. Times are tough out here on these streets but they keep love in their hearts and spread it to the customers and community. They just got masubi but my absolute dream is to one day be able to order a couple eggs on top of hamburger patties on top of rice then covered in gravy from them. 🖤

Food good, app isn’t

Food is good, but app is terrible. It offered me a free mini plate if I put in my credit card, but then it didn’t show up. I put my phone number in and then had to put it in again when I checked out. I put all the credit card info in and then had to put the CVV again at checkout.

Really want to like it

I really want to like this but unfortunately they are getting sloppy. Online/mobile orders almost always have less food on them than what I get in person and frequently have the wrong selections and 100% of the time don’t have enough sauces.

If I ask for 2 Teri and 2 katsu for 2 minis that’s a mere 2 sauces per. 1 sauce is just not quite enough sauce to help if the food is dry and if I ask for 4 I get 2. I had to buy a bottle of Teri to keep on hand for when they mess up.

I don’t have these problems when I go in person and don’t use the app to order because I can look them in the eye and ask for a full scoop of rice and mac instead of a half scoop and clarify that I want 2 sauces per meal not 2 total.

Other issues but overall the app works good but it’s useless if just going in and placing an order is the only way to guarantee my order is done right.

My cousin From Olathe recommended this place

My cousin Amy from Olathe is this food all the time. She swears it’s the best food with a drive-through to get in all of Kansas. She gave him an idea about getting a sign spinner to be on the corner of McDonald’s. She wants them to advertise that there’s buy one get one free‘s and a free mini plate when they sign up on the app. My name is Thadia. today will be my first time trying it and I’m very excited. I’ll be driving Amy‘s car, and bringing some of this home to her as well. Please cut the meat up for me is the only thing she told me to do. Thank you guys so much and we love you so so much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

WOW

Wow…Flavor Explosion in my mouth. Had the Teriyaki Chicken and Steak, rice and Mac. Tender steak and wonderful chicken. Clean place with friendly employees. Service was Great. Was a little wait but went fast.

Just wish I could customize

Love it, my only gripe is that I can’t ask for two scoops on Mac and one scoop of rice on the app! Otherwise I am salivating while waiting for our food to show up.

Long wait

Waited 25 minutes for food. My friend and I were the only dine In customers.
I had to go to the counter and ask where the orders were. Employees kept us waiting while taking care of drive thru and call in orders. I will not be back
