Free mini plate

The app took my free mini plate, and then had me pay full orice

Confusing

I found the new app confusing when trying to redeem for food.
I selected a free mini meal and did not understand you need to have the cashier see the app and then take it off the order.
I thought everyone was automated.

Glad to see the update to the app and and that we can now redeem rewards for the Malaya Rewards program. Love my plate lunches, so so happy I can earn points with out having to go in store.

Fails to fulfill basic requirements

For a restaurant with a loyalty program I would expect the app to contain show you your points and any rewards that have been earned but this app fails to do so and it doesn’t contain an obvious link to the website where that information is accessible. All the app is good for is online ordering.

No credit for points

Cannot use or upload purchases on app or online. Also cannot customize order or add notes. Very Disappointed in app and the fact I can’t get credit for my points.
I do like the food though.

Can’t even log in

I downloaded this app in hopes of maybe getting some rewards/promos/offers but I couldn’t even log into the app. When I first launched it, it had me sign up as to be expected but when I tried to it said my email was already associated with an account?? Weird since I’d never downloaded this app before. So I tried logging in with that email and all the different passwords I usually use. None of them worked so I tried to do “Forgot Password” and it said it sent me an email to change it, never got an email (checked my inbox and my Spam folder). Tried clicking resend email and still didn’t get one. So I literally can’t even get into the app. But I’ve heard all you can do on it is place an order anyway so it’s pretty pointless👎🏼
