Inconsistent performance and always asking me to buy something
This app is so frustrating. Every time there’s an update, something breaks. Usually push notifications stop working, sometimes it logs me out and I can’t log in (my current issue), and other times it just doesn’t load content. The other thing that annoys me is how often I’m asked to buy something - I’m paying a TON in daycare costs and you want more money from me? Give me a break. I’m mind blown that this app has such a high rating, and as someone who had worked on apps for over a decade it tells me these may very well be planted reviews from TLE and/or the devs they work with to create the app. STOP money grubbing - let me see pictures of my kid, what’s she’s up to, and let me get into the daycare building. To be clear, we love the daycare for our daughter! My issues are 100% to do with this terrible app and the awful UX we have to deal with because of it.Show lessnickrit2
Great and Very Useful App
I love when they post pictures of my child and let me know what they’ve done throughout the day. If there was anything that can be improved I would say the app can be much more minimal imo, although every tab and button is useful, I think an app like this might benefit from a social media type reel or facebook like display, other than that no complaints.Show lessCashmere.Soul
App Not Working Correctly!
I updated my app a few days ago and now am locked out my local TLE and my child’s daily updates pages. My key no longer works and I have no way to get off of the games page. I know it has something to do with the recent update, because my husband has not updated his app, and he doesn’t have any problems toggling from the daily updates to the games and videos page, and his key still works. I have deleted the app and re-installed it several times. Nothing helps. The local office was unable to help me and is supposed to be putting in a request for tech support.Show lessTurtletrax
Great!
This is a great app by the Learning Experience center. I am able to receive updates on what my child is doing through out the day as will as important events that occur, and am able to text the teach and get real time responses to my questions. For any parent going to this center it is a must have.Lunnarbunny
Best Daycare
Rating the facility and staff 10/10. They actually take the time to learn each individual student and genuinely help the children grow and develop! I have two children that attend 4mo and 4years old - staff is consistent in each age group! Hands on and certainly not lazy. Some daycares hire lazy and or non educational staff that are not hands on with the children - (more like baby sitting vs educational). TLE school grounds are very well kept as well, which also says a lot for classroom cleanliness!Show lessTLE chartway
Amazing! (but a suggestion)
I love the app! Definitely one of the reasons i choose this preschool. It gives a piece of mind while im at work and i get updates on my little.
I do wish it was more consistent. Sometimes the notifications are few and sometimes no pictures or i get everything later in the day. I’m sure it’s difficult but at the same time its a selling point when choosing schools so i do feel like that can improve just a bit.Show lessVeronicaAnnMars
Great child care center
TLE Potomac is very clean and well kept. The staff is great as well. The curriculum is very well organized and designed to teach your kids the basics such as sign language, colors and shapes. The daily picture upload so we can see our toddler is also the best part of the day. We get to see him interact with other kids and learn something new every day.Show lessQuila03
Great app!
The daily updates on the app do rely on childrens’ teachers using it consistently, which I’ve been fortunate to experience. Other than that, it functions as a convenient place for all necessary information. Overall, Bubbles & Friends has been fun, helpful, and easy to use.amanda_marin0
We love bubbles and TLE
This is such a great app to share what my baby is doing during the day. I love all the pictures that we get and up to date Information. It also has so many different activities that I can do with my baby at home to keep the same learning going! Is great to all be on the same page!Bratnie04
Doesn’t work for me
Dropped my daughter off for the first time today. Reluctantly!!! My app doesn’t have the tab for show and tell so I can’t get any reassurance from it. We’ve tried changing the email, signing out, and deleting the app. Nothing works and I’m having trouble getting updates from the staff. I’ve been upset all day and had hoped the app would help. I hope they get it fixed bc I’m ready to drop her from the program and talk to my employer about me working from home with her.Show lessSniff84
